In 2024, the firm welcomed Joseph Levy, Esquire, who specializes in business and commercial law. Together, they provide comprehensive legal guidance tailored to your unique needs.

For nearly three decades, Lawrence (“Larry”) Levy has helped Florida families navigate wills, trusts, probate, guardianship, and the complex realities of aging. A Florida Bar Board Certified Elder Law Attorney and Florida Supreme Court Certified Mediator, he brings deep technical expertise and a calm, personal touch.
Lawrence Levy has been practicing law in Florida since 1997. He earned his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad School of Law. Prior to law school, Mr. Levy earned his Master’s Degree from Florida International University and his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Miami. Mr. Levy is a Florida Bar Board Certified Elder Law Attorney and specializes in Estate Planning, Probate, Guardianship, and Elder Law matters. Mr. Levy is a member of the Florida Bar’s Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section and the Florida Bar’s Elder Law Section. He is a member of National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and of the Academy of Florida Elder Law Attorneys. He is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Court Mediator, specializing in Elder Law issues.

Joseph Levy, Esq.
Associate Attorney – Business and Commercial Law, Wills, Trusts, Probate, & Asset Protection
Joseph (“Joey”) Levy joined the firm in 2024 after graduating cum laude from FIU Law. He now applies his experience with business and commercial transactions to the world of estate planning, probate administration, and asset protection— further enhancing the value our firm can provide to clients.
Joseph graduated cum laude from Florida International University College of Law and has been a practicing attorney since 2023. Prior to law school, Joseph earned his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Florida. While at FIU Law, he served as a Staff Member of FIU Law Review and as a Teacher’s Assistant for the Legal Skills and Values Department. Following his first year of law school, Joseph served as a judicial intern for Chief Judge Ivan F. Fernandez of the Third District Court of Appeal in Miami, Florida. Over the years, Joseph has focused his practice on business and commercial law, estate planning, asset protection, probate, and real estate. Joseph is a member of the Florida Bar’s Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section.
